I grew up on a cattle ranch in south central South Dakota, USA.
My great grandparents homesteaded there in 1910.
Raised in a Christian family. My faith in Jesus Christ as my personal saviour is foundational to all that I am and all that I do.
I attended university at LeTourneau University in Longview Texas.
I graduated in 1986 with a Computer Science and Engineering degree. The second graduating class with that program.
I moved to Tempe Arizona (Phoenix suburb) and have never left. I love Arizona. I spend time in the mountains and deserts as much as I possibly can.
I attend church at Grace Community Church in Tempe. I have attended GCC since I moved to Tempe and it is a true community. I have been involved in leadership and service for many years. Currently I support our monthly "Second Sunday" program where we gather donated food items for Holdeman Elementary. Holdeman is a Title 1 school with many families in need.
I am happily married with two adult children, spouses, and grandchildren. All of whom I love very much.
I am in the process of leaving Intel Corp after a 30 year career that I really loved.
